How do I call you to discuss about my project?
Yes, please click on the email link above and send me an email with your phone number and availability. As my phone is on focus mode during shoots, I only take emergency calls. I would reply to you via email/call within 24 hours.
Do you offer studio rental?
Yes I do. Rates start from 125/hr with a minimum of 4 hours. Security deposit and cleaning fees applies. To book, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Do you offer e-commerce catalog shoots?
Yes I do. Day rates (up to 8 hours) start at 2500/day. Licensing fees are included as part of the day rates. Please email me at email@example.com with your project details.
Do you offer reels, GIFs, stop motions and videos?
Yes I do. Current packages include images and GIFs. These can be easily tailored to include stop motions and videos. For enquiries and booking, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer conceptualisation, art direction and set design?
Yes I do. Should you require my input to your mood board or creative brief, there's no charges as that's part of the process of co-creating with me.
However if you require me to present concepts and art direction upon an intensive interview of your brand and marketing goals and market research on your competitors and build the set from scratch, my rates are as follows:
Conceptualisation: From 500

Do you provide recipe development and food /& product styling?
Yes I do. Tabletop styling or otherwise known as lifestyle shots or mood shots is provided and included in the packages above. Should you require recipe development, prop sourcing, cooking or baking of the food, please email email@example.com for rates.
Do you charge for groceries/ raw ingredients?
The packages above include a 50 cap for groceries/raw ingredients.
Do you charge for hand/body models?
If you require a specific hand/body model, there would be separate charges. Usually I use my hands/assistant hands/crew's hands/client's hands as hand models regardless of whether the shoot is on location or in studio and it is included as part of the packages above.
Do you offer corporate or personal food and product photography training?
Yes I do. I am able to teach your staff the required skills to undertake food and product photography at your location. Rates start from 2500. For enquiries and booking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org

Do you shoot for free or accept product or exposure in exchange for your services?
No I don't. If you are a non-profit organisation that would like to utilise my services, please email me at email@example.com
Do you provide customized estimates for my project?
Yes I do. The 4 packages are a starting point which allows you to have an idea of your investment for your project. It can be tailored to suit your project needs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for customized estimates.
Do you offer retainer packages?
Yes I do. Retainer packages are based on either a 6 months or 12 months contract. Please see Sparkle and Feast as examples. For enquiries, customisation of packages and booking, please email email@example.com
Do you offer different licensing periods or buyouts?
Yes I do. Please email me with your requirements at firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens when my licensing expires?
3 months before your license expires, you will receive an automated email from me. You can choose to let the license lapse, renew it or undertake a new shoot with me.
Should you choose to let the license expire, please remove all images from your computer, hard drives, website, digital display boards and delivery apps. You do not have to remove your social media posts or PR posts as this was published during your licensing period. For printed promotional collaterals, please remove them from your store. You can distribute any leaflets printed out during your licensing period but are prohibited from printing out new materials once your license has lapsed.
Any breach in licensing would automatically result in assumption that you wish to renew the licensing and licensing fees will be billed to you.
Should you choose to renew the licensing, please let me know so I can send you the invoice.

Do you offer discounts?
No I don't offer discounts for ad-hoc projects. Should you wish to commit to a 6 months or 12 months retainer package, you would enjoy discounted rates. To book a retainer package, please email email@example.com
What are your payment terms and schedule?
Payment is paid in full upon booking. Should there be overtime charges, this will be billed to you after the shoot.
Do you charge GST?
No I don't.
How much lead time do you need for my project?
Generally, a minimum of 2 weeks lead time is required. However depending on your project requirements, lead time can be 2 - 3 months prior to shoot day.
When would I receive my final images?
Once you have selected your final images and made full payment of your post production fees, you would receive your final images within 7 business days. A rush fee is applicable if you require images ahead of the 7 business days.
